【About Ordering】

1. Click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page you wish to order.

2. Confirm that the items are in your shopping cart, and click the "Continue Shopping" button if you would like to continue to view other items in your shopping cart.

3. To proceed to the purchase procedure after selecting the products, check the order details on the shopping cart page and click the "Proceed to Purchase" button.

4. On the Customer Contact Information screen, enter your e-mail, shipping address, and other information.

Confirm the information you have entered and click "Select Shipping Method".

Select a shipping method and click "Proceed to Payment".

7. Select payment method and billing address

8. Check "Save information for next purchase" (optional)

9. After payment is completed, delivery will be processed within 3 business days.

〇Return Negotiation Criteria

Basically, we do not accept returns of purchased items.

We will accept returns if the item is authenticated as a forgery by the manufacturer.

If you are in doubt about whether an item is genuine or not, please contact us first so that we can explain the procedures for handling the item.
We will accept returns for a period of 3 months from the day after the date of delivery.

Customers residing outside of Japan are also requested to follow the same procedure as above.
Please note that we cannot accept certificates of authenticity from appraisal associations outside of Japan.
Also, we are not responsible for any costs incurred when requesting appraisals from other than our designated appraisal associations.

To prevent unauthorized use by third parties, please use only cards registered in your name.
First-time purchasers will be required to verify their identity. We will contact you by phone or email for verification, so please be sure to respond.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible in the event of unauthorized use or disputes between customers.

※Payment methods cannot be changed after an order has been confirmed.

【About shipping and delivery】

Shipping is free of charge worldwide.

Domestic shipping: Sagawa Express

For international shipping: EMS, DHL

The shipping method cannot be selected by the customer.

【Payment Deadline】
Please make payment within 3 days from the date of purchase.
※If payment is delayed, the order will be automatically canceled.
※If payments are frequently delayed, transactions may be suspended.

【Import duties and taxes】

Import duties and taxes will be charged when the goods arrive in your country.

These charges must be paid by the customer.

Because customs policies vary from country to country, we do not control or have any control over these charges.

If you have any questions about customs fees, please contact your local customs office.

 

【About bundling of products when multiple orders are placed.】

If you place multiple orders at the same time, we will ship them together.
Please contact us using the Inquiry Form if you wish to have your items shipped together separately.

 

【Cancellation and Returns】

●Return Policy

Please carefully review all photos and read the product information and terms and conditions before purchasing.
All items are used, so there may be minor scratches, stains, or odors that cannot be fully described in the comments or captured in the photos. If you have any concerns, please contact us in advance before purchasing.
Returns for customer convenience are not accepted.

〇Returns are possible in the following cases.

・If the manufacturer determines that the item is a counterfeit.
・If you received an item different from the one you ordered.
・If the item has damage or defects that make it unusable, which were not mentioned in the description.

 

〇Returns or refunds are not possible in the following cases.

・If two days have passed since you received the item.
・If the item does not match your expectations.
・If the condition of the item is different from what you expected.
・If the item has been dyed or otherwise maintained.
・If you have used the item even once after receiving it.
・If the item is damaged or accessories are missing due to customer negligence

Customers are prohibited from using this site for any of the following acts or acts that may lead to any of the following.

・Entering false information.

・Using the Site by misusing another person's personal information or false information.

・The user shall not use this site by illegally using a credit card belonging to a person other than the user himself/herself.

・Using this site for commercial or resale purposes.
